As I am working on several publications at the moment, I am happy to share some below.

Following our bi-weekly community meetings in DDI Ukraine for Ukrainians since March 2022, and our monthly community meetings between Ukrainian and Polish communities as well as friends in Europe, there are #fieldnotes from Ukraine and Europe at Patreon. You are welcome to read and join us.

In summer 2024, I completed my PhD in Leadership and Change, with the research "Doing the Impossible: Dealing with False Beliefs." It highlights how we can turn never-ending fights over who is "right or wrong" and "true or false" into potential relationships by facilitating different narratives in public spaces.

A collective story by A. Yermolenko, S. Riabchuk, and Y. Filippovska, telling how, with the blessing of our teachers, we at DDI Ukraine started facilitating bi-weekly community meetings for Ukrainians in Ukraine and abroad in March 2022. In ProcessSpace Journal we share key learnings of our journey in times of war.

This is my story at the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine in 2022, which was published in “S.H.E. Share. Hear. Empower” book by Shannon Hogan Cohen, Volume Two. The visuals to this story are made by the talented Ukrainian artist, Alevtina Kakhidze (with much gratitude and admiration).
This is my pivotal DDI International Diploma Thesis, "Entangled: Interdependence between Personal and Community Development," in which I showcase my inner work on my path to a Ph.D. and how it is entangled with social context and collective history. Six years later I defended my dissertation (see above).
