Deep Democracy
* Deep Democracy is a conflict-resolution paradigm developed by the physicist and Jungian psychologist Arnold Mindell (https://www.aamindell.net/). It says that the power of the majority is not enough. Instead, power is in building relationships between majority and minority voices or groups, which includes tensions and conflicts. For individual coaching, deep democracy is about not only welcoming one’s known identity but also embracing one’s emerging new identity and finding relationships between these two — to support one’s holistic development and growth.
