Research In Action

Researcher is a relatively new identity of mine, yet it has come to be one of the key ones.

Studying people and groups using facilitated group process discussions can be helpful if you seek one of the following:

  • research the market to discover the needs of a given audience and niches, predict future trends
  • develop new programs and services as an NGO or a company in the face of global challenges for a certain group of people
  • identify development areas in a team or organization
  • work on relationships and outline communication strategy
  • brainstorm creative ideas to identify emerging directions for innovation

To name a few. The byproduct of such research is community building for more cohesion, effectiveness, better processes, partnership, and results. Hence, it is research in action.

Once we connect and I learn more about your goals or a task at hand, I take 2-3 days to outline a tailor-made offer with possible process design for you to make a decision and move forward.

One of my experimental research projects was a series of dialogues about democracy with “Smarty and Her Friends” animations I did with my very good friend, Xenia Kuleshova, the founder of Mamaki Film Group. Another research project is my PhD on “Doing the Impossible: Dealing with False Beliefs.” In addition, my two colleagues from Ukraine and I are running bi-weekly community meetings with an analysis of the role structure that we outline in #fieldnotesfromUkraine. In the last two years, I have been working with individuals and organizations to outline the vision and strategy for new social projects and bring them to life. One of them is "Living Together" research-based community-building project and consulting company that aims to facilitate relationships to find ways to live together better.

Connect with me to learn more! The best way is to meet for an hour or less, find out more about your issue for me to make a tailored offer.
