I am not a classical teacher. As a passionate learner and practitioner of the Deep Democracy paradigm*, I can serve you if you and your team need some basic skills in conflict resolution. Depending on the task, in the case of “in-house” training, it is adjusted to the goals and processes of the team or organization.

The training may contain group processes so that a team or a group of people can work on existing tensions and conflicts, both on individual and group levels, get insights and new perspectives, potentially resolve some issues, and train conflict resolution skills at the same time.

* Deep Democracy is an awareness-based paradigm that says power alone is insufficient. We need awareness about different sides inside and outside and skills to get along with each other to work on relationships. Arnold Mindell (2002, 2019), the founder of Deep Democracy, says we do not need leaders telling us what to do or changing the world because of their personal power. Change is inherent in people and nature. Instead, we need leaders who can use moment-to-moment awareness and help us find ways to get along with each other.
