Who I am
I’m a trained process-oriented facilitator and coach for leaders, teams and organizations to work on vision and strategy, find solutions to complex issues, resolve tensions and conflicts, strengthen relationships within a team and the outside world.
Since 2010 I"m a Director of the Deep Democracy Institute in Ukraine, the international leadership think-tank that uses Processwork approach (see below). I have remarkable teachers, Drs. Max and Ellen Schupbach, who are the founders of DDI in the world.
My background is diverse: I have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (2002), Master's in Journalism (2006). I worked in Kraft Foods for 8 years and in startups for 5 years, leading media, communications and biz-dev. I led grass-root initiatives and social projects, including Hub Kyiv, TEDxKyiv, consulted companies and teams.
I travelled a lot to meet and get inspired by fantastic international communities like Shambhala Institute (ALIA), Pioneers of Change, Art of Hosting, Impact Hub, Imagine Chicago, the Bigger Picture. For the last decade I've been co-organizing festivals, public open forums, Ukraine's Future Summit and events that inspire and serve the development of me, people, my country and the world.

Processwork and Deep Democracy
Processwork was developed in 1980s by Arnold Mindell, MIT graduate, physicist and Jungian analyst. It integrates concepts from quantum physics, psychology, anthropology, and spirituality into a new paradigm and methodology that has many applications: in collective transformation (change management), individual transformation (psychotherapy), medicine, physics, law, politics, leadership development, and art.
Deep Democracy is based on Processwork and unlike "classical" democracy, which focuses on majority rule, Deep Democracy suggests that all voices, states of awareness, and frameworks of reality are important. All the information carried within these voices, levels of awareness, and frameworks are needed to understand the complete process of a system. This allows for interaction and dialogue which often brings unexpected resolutions, new relationships and astonishing insights.
"Even though democracy is a step, it does not always work well in the sense of reducing violent conflict. Why? Because it teaches about sharing power but does not teach about relationship, which goes beyond power. The next step beyond power is developing more sustainable contact with others and the ability to work with one another." – Arnold Mindell.
